Jared Andrea
Pastor/Elder
God called Jared to be lead pastor of Cumberland Baptist Church in May of 2021. He lives in Cumberland with his wife, Brynn, and their three children Ezekiel, Romia, and Abraham.
Jared grew up in Spooner, WI and graduated from Spooner High School in 2004. He graduated from UW-Eau Claire with a degree in English Literature, and later graduated with a Master of Ministry Degree from the Antioch School of Church Planting and Leadership Development. Prior to serving at CBC, he was a youth intern for four years at Faith Community Church in New Richmond, WI. He also served through Biblical counseling, small group leadership, and teaching and preaching.
Jared enjoys biking, running, kayaking and being outdoors with his family. He trusts that God is building His church and will grow our love for Him, for one another, and for those that don’t know Him for His glory.

Josh Dettinger
Elder
Josh, Maggie, and their four children moved from Rochester, Minnesota to Cumberland in 2021. God graciously led them to Cumberland Baptist soon after. God called Josh to service in His Church through a love of studying God’s Word and the gift of leadership. Josh and his family love the local body of Christ and, God willing, look forward to serving the Church for many years to come.
Josh grew up in Durand, Wisconsin. After graduating from University of Wisconsin - Stout in 1999, he went to work for IBM in Rochester as a software engineer. Josh married Maggie in 2007 and they have four children: Tommy, Ben, Leo, and Noelle. The family enjoys boating, fishing, traveling, and other outdoor activities.
